    Start dates, sequencing with other trades and the dates you need each phase completed.

  3. Access and site

    Scaffolding, working hours, storage, welfare and any site-specific requirements.

    A written quotation setting out the package, with anything excluded stated clearly.

Ask and we will send them directly. If you are considering us for a package, call or email and we will send recent examples relevant to your project, along with references you can speak to. That is more useful at tender stage than a gallery anyway.

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Yes. We price and deliver subcontract packages for main contractors and developers, covering plastering, rendering and cladding. Package scope, programme and site requirements are agreed at quotation stage.

Can you work to our programme?

Programme, sequencing and access are part of the conversation when we quote. Tell us the dates you are working to and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to rather than agreeing to something we cannot hold.

Do you handle planned programmes of work for landlords?

We work with landlords, letting agents and property managers on planned programmes, void turnarounds and reactive repairs across portfolios in Medway and Kent.

What information do you need to price a commercial job?

Drawings or a schedule of works where you have them, the specification for any render or cladding system, the programme, and details of access and site arrangements. If you do not have all of that yet, call us and we will work out what is needed.

Do you take on new builds and extensions?

Yes, both. We work on new build plots and blocks as well as extensions, conversions and refurbishment projects.

Are you insured?

Insurance and site documentation are dealt with directly as part of the tender or quotation process. Ask us and we will send across our current paperwork.
